Pesto Reishi

Components:

Preparation time: 15 minutes

1 portion of jar of pesto

2 bundle of basil leaves

1/2 cup of almonds

3 garlic teath and a bit of grated lemon peel

juice from a quarter of lemon

1 glass of olive oil

1 spoon of reishi powder

sea salt

ground pepper 

preparation:

in Crater and pestle: put in the crater the almonds, the grated lemon peel, the garlic and the salt and start to grind them down until they get into the dough.

We will begin to gradually add the basil.

after all the basil is grounded, add the lemon juice and add gradually the olive oil while mixing so that the oil connects with the paste.

now add a spoon of reishi mushrooms and black ground pepper.

taste before serving and add salt and pepper by your taste.

in Food processor:

put in the food processor the almonds, basil, grated lemon peel, the garlic, reishi mushrooms and salt and pepper - grind all the components together.

add the lemon juice and grind some more.

We will now add the olive oil gradually while the food processor continues to rotate.If there is no option to add in, then you can add everything in together and grind.

keep in a jar in the frige.

the pesto paste goes with everything- salads, pastas, sandwiches and more!
