About Diet - Consensus in Healthy Diet

Diets challenge to take responsibility for health, strengthening the body's natural healing powers & connect to nature by simplicity and quality.

Reduce processed food products, industrialized, dairy products & milk, salt, sugar, white flour & processed fats.

The idea is to eat fresh natural products, locals such as vegetables, fruits, nuts, gluten-free carbohydrates, healthy oils... food frequency, clean, simple & available as nature intended.

 

How To Do That?

In order to take the best choices you can, that suits you & not to mess around with the little details, don't mind what someone else tells you as if it's the gospel. it's all about way of life, not a religion. try something new & if it works - great! if it doesn't work, move on to the next. untill you find what suits you.

This is my creed as a naturopath.

There isn't one way that fits everyone, when it comes to nutrition & health care you need to find what works best for you.

The secret of success is to allow your body clean foods, pure & simple in order to maintain healthy & strong.

This kind of nutrition fill you with important love, rich with anti-oxidation, anti- inflammation, loaded with nutrients, power filled vitamins, minerals, simple amino acids, essential fatty acids & phytonutrients (from a plant source). this kind of foods love you, clean you, heal & nourishing you.

The energy is essential power of the body & we want to provide big & strong amount of energy in order to use his inner wisdom & sent healing powers to the body parts who needs it.

When we pay attention to nutrition, we put emphasis on numbers of values that important to pay attention at.

- Whole Food - foods that produce from the whole plant, with no processing  processes that changes its composition.

The prevailing approach about the use of whole foods is that its the closest to nature.

- Net Gain - Eating food is designed to provide energy, the clean profit of the energy that we receive from the food is the energy that is being released from the actual food minus the energy that been invested in digestion and absorption.

It is important to provide the body products that are easy to digest, simple & loaded with energy.

-Organic- Organic food, Is non sprayed & fertilized, with no chemical toxins that are added & damage his quality & its health benefits. we want the food to be clean from toxics.

There is a close relationship between the use of chemicals to the contents of antioxidants & polyphenols compounds in the plant.

It is possible to say that organic foods nourish more than those that grow in the conventional way & the levels of nutrients in them is bigger.

- High Frequency- According to Physical logic, high frequency repels low frequencies. Consuming food that loaded with essential components that give the cells what they need & balance the sense of hunger & satiation gives the body food in high frequency.

Eating daily high frequency foods will push aside foods that the body isn't fed enough from.

-Non GMO- Genetically engineered plants, are plants created through experimental biotechnology that merges between genes of different species and creates unstable new combinations of plants and foods, Which is not occurring in nature & its main purpose is to create a greater amount of foods & economic profit that usually comes on the quality expense.

Growing documentation of experience and evidence attests to the connection between genetically engineered plants to health problems, environmental damage and harm to farmers and consumers.

I will add & say, that our body hasn't changed physiological in the past of 100 years, so the language of processed and engineered food is foreign to him & its absorption accordingly.

Diffrent Diet Approaches

Why are the enzymes important in digestive and food assimilation?

Enzymes that our body produces participate in all the elementary functions that exist in the body such as eyesight, hearing , breathing, digestion... 

The point is that we get enzymes also from the food we eat.

When we eat foods with its uniqe enzymes the body doesn't need to work too hard in the digestion process & it has more resources to heal, fix & renewal tissues.

The result is normal health, maximum energy & even clear thinking.

Nature has done a wonderful job & has been implemented in every food the exect type of enzymes needed for its digestion.

 

Raw Diet - Raw Food

Raw food is planted food that hasn't been warmed above the critical temperature where the enzymes lost (around 45c).

When we warm food in higher temperature then this, the de-naturation process occurs where nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, antibody oxidation, proteins & other phytochemicals undergo changes that reduce the body's ability to assimilate them & sometimes a health-damaging substance is created such as fats that been transferd oxygenation.

The raw food is full of vitality & Prana (Life Energy).

once upon a time people lived on raw foods & from the dawn of mankind this kind of food was the base to a healthy life and prosperity.

Ayurveda (Hindu medical tradition)

The method of Ayurveda believes in food that is cooked & easy for the body to digest and absorb. 

The Ayurveda (Wisdom of life), is the world's oldest medical method, Classifies foods according to their taste and influence.

It emphasizes that the body needs to get all the 6 flavors: sweet, sour, salty, spicy, bitter & astringent. when the body gets all those flavors it maintaining his balance.

In each season the body needs diffrent flavors, & every type of body needs diffrent flavors in order to be balanced. in winter, for example, the body demand hot food in order to overcome the cold & humidity, at summer- cold food, at autumn- fatty food & at spring - cleaner food. spices help as well in maintain food digestion & homeostasis in the body.

 

Macrobiotic diet

Macrobiotic diet from Japan, is a theory of balance between yin & yang. 

It is based on staying away from foods that have too much yin or too much yang, in order to prevent imbalance in the body, that eventually leads to diseases. The diet based on whole grain, vegetables, Avoiding processed & industrialised food, eating in moderate quantities, multi-chewing & organic growth.

Paleo - paleolithic diet

Evolutionary diet, of the Ancestors based on the theory that

our genome has changed very little compared to the modern 

environment, which requires us to make the most primal lifestyle

choices, in order to improve health and quality of life.

The evolutionary point of view implies that our body-mind builed not only in order to survive, but to prosper, in conditions similar to in which they evolved.

It better to prefer fresh local food, avoid from grain, sweets, industrialized plant oils & other industrial foods.
