

Recovery smoothie

Portion: 1 tall glass
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Components:
1 Bannana
1 glass of berries (we used srtawberries & raspberry)
Scoop of SunWarrior protien powder (vanilla or natural)
1 Flat tea spoon of Maiitake powder (of Tulsi Spirit)
1 Tea spoon of Hemp seeds or chia seeds or cocoa chips or mulberries
1 glass of almond milk (or any milk you like)
1/2 - 1/4 glass of water
(you can add a bit ice- not must)
Preparation instructions:
1. put all the ingredients in the blender.
2. blend it 2-3 minuts
3. pass it to a glass & enjoy

Cocoa Shoot

Components:
3 Spoons of cocoa chips (navitas)
2 Spoons of cocoa powder (navitas)
2 Dates
1 Spoon of raisins
1 Spoon of goji berries (navitas)
1 Tea spoon of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
pinch of spicy chilli powder
Handful of cashew (navitas) or almonds
2 glasses of cold water (or hot to get a hot cocoa shoot)
1 Spoon of real maple syrup
1 Tea spoon of Maca powder/ Ashwagandha or any adaptogen you want
1 Tea spoon of Lucuma (navitas)
option: you can add a bit of cinnamon.
on summer time you can add a bit of ice.
Preparation instructions: Blend all the ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth texture.

Smoothie For a Glowing Skin

Slightly sour smoothie for glowing skin look & refreshing on hot summer days
Components:
1 Glass of mango
1/2 Glass of golden berries (navitas)
1/4 Tea spoon of acai powder (navitas)
1/4 Glass of cashew (navitas)
2 Spoons of hemp seeds or hemp oil or chia seeds
3/4 Glass of pineapple juice
1/2 Glass of orange juice
2 spoons of lemon juice or lime
1 Glass of water
1 Tea spoon of vanilla extract
2 Glasses of ice
1-5 Stevia drops to sweeten the smoothie
Blend all the ingredients in a blender, pass it to a glass & enjoy!

Smoothie Coconut
& Cashew

Rich & creamy smooothie, contain plenty of essential fatty acids.
Components:
1 Avocado soft & mature, peeled & sliced
1 Bananna
1/2 glass of yogurt soya or any other vegetal yogurt
(if you don't want vegetal yogurt you can add goat yogurt)
1 Teaspoon of Maca powder (navitas)
2 Spoons of cashew
2 Spoons of maple syrup/ date honey / honey
3 Glasses of ice
1 Tea spoon of coconut chips
1 Spoon of cocoa chips
put everything in the blender until you get creamy shake

Water Accelerator
Drink
Components:
1 Whole lemon peeled with a knife (not juice)
Hand full of goji berries (navitas)
3 Spoons of agave syrup
3 Spoons of chia seeds (navitas)
4 Spoons of coconut water powder (navitas)
2 glasses of water
add a few ice cubes
Blend it all in a blender until you get an orange texture.

Blueberries & Chia Smoothie

Components:
4 Spoons of Chia (navitas)
1/2 glass of Blueberries
2 Sliced peaches
1 Bananna
1 Cup of cold green tea of Pukka
Sweetening with stevia or honey
2 Glasses of water
1 Tea spoon of lemon juice
Preparation instructions:
Blend the chia seeds in a bowl of water & put aside for 10 minutes
Meanwhile, add the blueberries, bananna & the peaches to the blender
Add the green tea, lemon juice & the sweetening to the blender until you get a smooth texture
Add the chia seeds & blend a bit more
& its ready

Dates & Cashew
Smoothie

Creamy sweet shake with coconut- vanilla scent.
Components:
1 Spoon of coconut water powder (navitas)
1/2 Bananna
1/4 glass of cashew (navitas)
1/8 Tea spoon of nutmeg
1/4 Tea spoon of vanilla extract
4-5 Dates without seeds
1-2 Glass of ice
Put all in a blender until you get a smooth cream shake
you can decorate with cocoa chips & goji berries.

Strawberrys & Pomegranate Shake

10 Organic strawberrys
2-3 Dates
1 Spoon of pomegranate powder (navitas)
1 Glass of water
2 Tea spoons of coconut water powder (navitas)
1/2 Glass of raspberrys
2 Spoons of chia seeds

Add a few ice cubes
Blend it all in a blender & serve it cold & enjoy!

Balanced Diet Smoothie

1/3 Glass of cashew
5-6 Big dates
2 Spoons of spirulina powder (pukka)
1 Spoon of chia seeds (navitas)
2 Spoons of cocoa chips (navitas)
1 Glass of kale leaf
2 Glasses of water / coconut water
Blend it all in a blender & your meal is ready!
