Each on e of us exposed to many stress factors that can influence significantly on our physical - mental situation.

Part of us learned, despite the situations, to maneuver in order to neutralize or minimize the levels of the caused suffering.

A good & strong dealing with stress is an essential basic to a good health & general wellness.

Many dealing possibilitys includes practice methods, adaptition,

behavior & taking plants & supported foods.

Chronic stress factors include: Instability in work relations & relationships, difficulties relating to personal confidence,

economic conditions, to personal health & family problems &

family responsibility.

It is impossible to separate the physical health from the feelings that created due to the circumstances of this life.

Every feeling you have influence on a certain part in the body & stress can cause destruction even if you do everything else right.

Stress can lead to changes in appetite, moods & sexual desire, to gaining weight & to memory damage & to be manifested in nervousness & anger, general pains such as headaches & stomach ache, lack of motivation, energy & power...

Extreme and sudden tension like the loss of a loved one or a job may have an immediate and powerful effect on your health, And lead you to a situation of "fight or flight" & even cause you to stay in this situation for too long then we've ever been biologically designed.

One of the most common results of this scenario is that the adrenal gland dealing with exaggerated stress & burden, allocate Cortisol & stress hormones & become exhausted & tierd.

Increased allocate of Cortisol depresses the immune system, increase the risk of threatening infections, & the insulin resistance.

The high leveles of cortisol make it harder for insulin to lead glucose from the blood into tissues. 

Stress is the leading factor, almost in each disease or symptom that you can think of.

Good dealing with stress improves your ability to adjust to situations & demands, allow yourself to refuse in situations that you would never have thought of before. to express feelings instead of suppress them, to be prevented from being around people or situations that creat stress, to be flexible & preaper for compromises, to grant youself relax time, focus on the positive, on the half full cup, be happy & to give others.

The western lifestyle created of a whole new kind of challenges, those that sophisticated systems have difficulty dealing with.

In order to overcome this feeling "the solution" comes many times in form of awakening & stimulating substances such as coffee, energy drinks, sugar-rich food & other substances that gives "energy shoot" for short term but on the long term don't solve the problem & leave the body even more energetic drain.

Adaptogen Plants are the most suitables plants for handling with stress because they creat adaptive ability to the body & soul & strengthen the Adrenal gland & its functioning in dealing with stress.

The sub-consciousness tent to be influenced by impulses of thought that are felt in emotion than those originating in the rational part of the brain.

By training you can affect the "inner balance" of the sub-conscious, & feed constantly positive emotions and avoid the negative.

 

Positive Feelings: love, faith, compassion, hope, ambition, sex, enthusiasm, romance...

Negative Feelings: fear, jealousy, hate, vengeance, greed, superstition, anger,

insult... 

The sub-consciousness is a tool capable of translating your sincere prayer, the real and unique to you, for terms that infinite wisdom can recognize and return in the form of an answer, a plan or an idea to an action that's typical to you, to your passions & to what really makes you happy.

One of the methods to connect to yourself, know your desires, listen to the inner peace & connect to the sub-consciousness is sitting in meditation.

Meditation

Medition is an amazing tool, that has been proved in research as an influential on your physiology. it will make you healthier, happier, calm you & connect you to a better choices for yourself & your environment. you start with 2 minutes a day, sit & focus on the breath in the end of the nose, relaxing and releasing.

You let the thoughts come in & out & focus in the silence that lies between the thoughts. 

Today, there are built-in meditations, courses, mantras & also mobile and online apps.

Autosuggestion

Self-convincing, is a communication tool between the part in the brain that lies the conscious thought, to that same brain part that use for residence of the sub-consciousness.

Autosuggestion is a controling tool, that by using it the human can feed the subconscious in a creative thought, or, out off neglect, to allow thoughts of destructive nature to make a way into the soul.

Words, intention & ambition that are not full of passion and faith, won't influence on the subconscious. only ambition that will change to fire in your bones will be able to reach the subconscious.

In Autosuggestion meditation you can imagine the body as you want, the health & abundance you wish for & the future you wish for in your heart & soul.

Your soul seek & asks real emotion, positive & full with fire that moves on.

In my own private meditation the emotion of compassion & love rules.

emotion that sees people in their suffer & sickness, in their existential distress, their ignorance, that their soul suffer & they wish for the light of truth to shine their way to joyful health.

The meditation allows me by using this strong emotions to open my heart, & to aspire reaching to a public with health messages that are contrasting the messages of the public healthcare system.

There is inside of me strong great passion, powerful fire, faith & devotion, that the messages of the alternative medicine, medicinal plants, the adaptogens, detoxification & super foods will reach to the general public & there will be a health revolution in whole of humanity.
